Week 4 Keto Meal Plan

Day 1 Beef Pot Roast Soup (make an extra serving)Rotisserie chicken from the supermarket, along with Brussels Sprouts with Almonds & Brown Butter
Day 2Southern Chicken Salad (use the leftover rotisserie chicken)Beef Pot Roast Soup leftovers and a tossed salad with Creamy Ranch Dressing
Day 3Sourdough chaffle sandwich with your favorite lunch meatSausage Parmigiana (make an extra portion) and Caesar Salad
Day 4Mediterranean Tuna Salad with Nutty CrackersKing Ranch Chicken Casserole (make an extra portion)

  1. It’s so helpful that you’ve included dessert and breakfast too. I find it hard to keep up with making a plan for my keto meals, but it’s so much easier to stay on track when you follow a plan. I’ll definitely be recycling this weekly plan again and again.
