What To Serve With Keto Breakfast Sausage

Sausage is a great way to add some hearty protein to any low-carb breakfast. Serve it alongside eggs, keto-friendly bread, or even drizzled in sugar-free maple syrup for a sweet and savory combination.

Or how about alongside some egg cups? You can try spinach, feta, and bell pepper egg cups, egg bites with spinach and cheese, or plain egg bites depending on your mood (and what’s in your fridge).

Although my favorite way to serve up a keto sausage breakfast is with these keto breakfast sandwiches! They’re the perfect filling to go with flaky and delicious cheddar-packed biscuits.

Are Keto Sausage Patties Freezer Friendly?

Absolutely!

Just wrap the sausage patties up tightly in plastic wrap, then store them inside a zipper-top freezer bag. You can freeze them for up to three months.

To reheat, just pop the patty in the microwave wrapped in a paper towel. Cook on defrost for a minute, then heat for another minute or two until warmed through.

Yes it is — especially when you make your own! This homemade version has no fillers, no preservatives, and no unnecessary added sugar or carb-heavy binders. Making it yourself is the best way to keep your breakfast sausage keto. And, with 0 net carbs, you can dig-in!

Are these keto sausage patties gluten-free?

They sure are! The best part about making things from scratch is you know exactly what goes into it, and there’s no gluten in sight in these easy breakfast sausage patties.
