This is one of my go-to keto salad dressings, and I am a genuine salad fan. Keto green goddess dressing is creamy, herby, and mixes and matches with whatever herbs you have on hand.

No mayonnaise here either, sour cream is what makes this creamy, and I genuinely prefer the tang it brings. Swap in mayo instead if you want this dairy-free.

Chef Jenn’s Take on Green Goddess Dressing
Clean the green onions and garlic, and rinse and shake dry the fresh herbs before you start.
Blend the herbs, green onions, sour cream, and garlic together first, until smooth, then add the lemon juice and a pinch of salt and pepper, and blend for another 30 seconds. Use full-fat sour cream for the best creamy texture. You need about half a cup of packed herbs total, mix and match dill, parsley, cilantro, chives, or basil, whatever you have or like best. A bit of fresh garlic and a good squeeze of lemon are really what brighten this whole dressing up.
A reader once asked for herb suggestions specifically without anchovies, since traditional Green Goddess often includes them, and my honest answer is parsley, dill, chives, or basil, no anchovies needed at all. Another reader substituted regular yogurt, not Greek, for the sour cream when she could not find any where she lives, and it worked out well.
This is genuinely versatile, use it as a salad dressing, a veggie dip, drizzled over avocado, or even as a marinade for chicken or shrimp.
