Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup dill pickles finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parsley finely chopped
  • 1 tablespon fresh dill finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons pickle juice from the jar of pickles
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar substitute optional
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • salt
  • white pepper

Instructions

  • Finely chop the dill pickles and herbs.
  • Mix everything together in a bowl.
  • Chill until ready to serve.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Don't skip the pickle juice. It carries real, tangy flavor on its own that a chopped pickle alone doesn't fully deliver.
