Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raspberries frozen or fresh
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • ice cubes optional

Instructions

  • Add the fresh or frozen raspberries, plain Greek yogurt and almond milk to a blender and pulse until nice and smooth.
  • If you want it colder and thicker, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
  • Add a pinch of sweetener if you want it sweeter.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Recipe Card Tips

  • Keep frozen raspberries on hand. They make the smoothie thicker than fresh ones, and you can swap in other low-carb berries the same way.
  • For a richer smoothie, use heavy whipping cream in place of the almond milk.
  • Only add ice if your blender can handle it. A weak blender leaves ice chunks instead of a smooth, thick drink.
