- 4 avocados
- 2 tablespoons red onion diced
- 2 tablespoons jalapeno diced
- 2 tablespoons tomato diced
- 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped finely
- 1 tablespoon lime juice or to taste
- 1 pinch salt
Cut the avocados and remove the seed. Scoop the flesh into a bowl.
Mash the avocado with the back side of a fork.
Add the finely diced jalapeno, onion, tomato, cilantro and lime juice. Mix well to combine.
Add a pinch of salt, then serve and enjoy!

- Use enough lime juice, it helps keep the guacamole from browning as fast.
- Knock the seeds and juicy bits out of the tomato before adding it, to keep the guacamole thick.
