Slice the chicken into 1/2-inch wide strips and toss with 2 tbsp of Fiesta Seasoning, and 1 tbsp of oil.
Clean the peppers and remove the stems. Slice the peppers into 1/4-inch wide long strips.
Peel and slice the onion into thin strips.
Air fry the chicken at 350-F for about 10 minutes, then toss.
Add the peppers and onions to the chicken and cook an additional 8-10 minutes or until the chicken reaches 165-F degrees.
Serve with your favorite fajita toppings!
