Keto Energy Balls

  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter sugar free
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons flax meal ground flax seeds
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar substitute


  • Mix everything in a bowl together until combined.
  • Roll into 8 balls and refrigerate until firm.
  • Enjoy!
