Ingredients

  • 1 pound radishes cleaned and quartered
  • 3 slices bacon
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

  • Pan fry the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Set the bacon aside, leaving the fat in the pan.
  • Add the butter and radishes to the skillet and saute the radishes until they're tender and golden brown in places - about 8-10 minutes.
  • Add the bacon back to the skillet, top with chopped parsley, adjust the seasoning, and serve!

Notes

Recipe Card Tips

    • Pull the radishes when they're fork-tender. A little crunch left in the center is fine if you like it.
    • Give the radishes room in the skillet. Crowded radishes steam instead of brown.
    • Onion and garlic add flavor, but they also add carbs, so account for that if you're counting.
