Light, crispy and delish, these Crispy Chaffles are a new twist on an old favorite.
Servings: 2 chaffles
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 2 tbsp almond flour superfine grind
Whip the egg white with a fork or whisk until it is frothy and light.
Add the almond flour and mozzarella cheese. Mix well.
Add half the mixture to the preheated chaffle maker. Cook according to manufacturers directions or until the chaffle is golden brown and releases easily.
Repeat with the remaining batter and enjoy!
