Keto Korean Beef Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef lean
  • 1 cup carrot sliced thinly
  • 1/4 cup yellow onion sliced thinly
  • 1 clove garlic minced fine
  • 1 tbsp ginger minced fine
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp coconut aminos or soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp So Nourished brown sugar substitute
  • 2 green onions sliced (optional)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds optional

Instructions

  • Brown the beef in a large skillet over medium high heat. Drain the fat and discard, and remove the beef and set aside.
  • Heat the sesame oil over medium high heat and add the carrot, ginger, onions, and garlic. Sautee for about 3 minutes or until the onions are soft and the carrots are tender-crisp.
  • Add the drained beef back to the pan and mix well with the veggies.
  • Add the coconut aminos (or soy sauce) and So Nourished brown sugar substitute and mix well. Heat over medium heat.
  • Season with salt if needed and serve with chopped green onions and sesame seeds on top. Enjoy!
