- 1 lb turnips peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp salted butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
Peel the turnips and dice them into 1-inch cubes.
Boil the turnips in salted water for 8-10 minutes or until very soft when pierced with a knife.
Drain the turnips well.
Pop the hot turnips, butter, and heavy whipping cream into a food processor and pulse until creamy and smooth.
Add salt and black pepper if desired, and serve.
