Brown Sugar Mustard Glaze Pork Roast
This sweet n' tangy mustard glazed pork recipe is an easy and impressive roast!
Servings: 6 servings
Season the pork loin with salt and pepper.
Combine the So Nourished brown sugar substitute, yellow mustard, Dijon mustard, cider vinegar, dried thyme and garlic powder in a small bowl. Mix until smooth.
Cover the pork loin liberally with the glaze.
Roast the pork in a pre-heated 350-F oven for about 25 minutes per pound or until the pork is 145 to 150-F internally.
Let the pork rest, lightly covered with foil, for about 10 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
