Air Fryer Fajitas

On the table in under 30 minutes, these Air Fryer Fajitas have all the flavors and none of the fuss of the grilled original!

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 medium red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 medium yellow bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup red onion sliced
  • 2 tbsp Fiesta Seasoning

Instructions

  • Slice the chicken into 1/2-inch wide strips and toss with 2 tbsp of Fiesta Seasoning, and 1 tbsp of oil.
  • Clean the peppers and remove the stems. Slice the peppers into 1/4-inch wide long strips.
  • Peel and slice the onion into thin strips.
  • Air fry the chicken at 350-F for about 10 minutes, then toss.
  • Add the peppers and onions to the chicken and cook an additional 8-10 minutes or until the chicken reaches 165-F degrees.
  • Serve with your favorite fajita toppings!

Notes
