Ingredients

  • 2 cups cucumber washed and trimmed
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup feta crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill or 1 tbsp fresh

Instructions

  • Dice the cucumber into bite-size pieces.
  • Toss the cucumber with the sour cream and dill.
  • Top with the crumbled feta and serve.
