Cucumber Sasla

Ingredients

  • 1 English cucumber small dice
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper chopped
  • 1 jalapeno seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion diced finely
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Finely dice all the veggies and add them to a bowl with the chopped cilantro and lime juice. Mix well.
  • Season with a pinch of salt and a few grinds of fresh black pepper before serving.
