Crispy Chaffles

Light, crispy and delish, these Crispy Chaffles are a new twist on an old favorite.

Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 tbsp almond flour superfine grind

Instructions

  • Whip the egg white with a fork or whisk until it is frothy and light.
  • Add the almond flour and mozzarella cheese. Mix well.
  • Add half the mixture to the preheated chaffle maker. Cook according to manufacturers directions or until the chaffle is golden brown and releases easily.
  • Repeat with the remaining batter and enjoy!
