Keto Sweet Pepper Poppers

Ingredients

  • 8 mini sweet peppers
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup green onion sliced
  • 1 tbsp ranch dressing powder
  • 8 slices bacon

Instructions

  • Cut a slit in each pepper from the stem to the tip. Remove the seeds.
  • Mix the cream cheese, shredded cheddar, sliced green onion and ranch dressing powder in a bowl.
  • Stuff 1-2 tbsp of cream cheese filling into the cavity of each pepper.
  • Wrap the pepper in a whole slice of bacon.
  • Air fry at 400-F for 12-15 minutes or until the bacon is cooked and crispy.
  • Enjoy!
