Beef and Cheddar Chaffwich

Loaded with flavor, this Beef and Cheddar Chaffwich is an easy fix for a hearty meal!

  • 2 chaffles or 1 if you're going open-faced
  • 1/2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1/4 cup sliced onion
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 ounces roast beef cooked
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese shredded


  • In a small skillet over medium heat, heat the oil and add the onions. Sautee the onions until they're translucent. About 4-5 minutes.
  • Lay one chaffle on a flat surface and spread on the mayonnaise. Then, top it with the roast beef, shredded cheese, and onions.
  • Pop it under the broiler for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Enjoy!
