Ingredients

lean ground beef
1/2
cup
yellow onion
diced

tbsp
garlic
minced

Rotel tomatoes with chilis
1 can

cup
sliced olives

tbsp
Keto Taco Seasoning
1/2
tsp
salt
or to taste

cups
shredded cheddar
Instructions
Brown the beef in a large skillet. Drain off all but 2 tbsp of fat.
Add the onions and garlic and cook until the onion is translucent. About 5 minutes.
Add the Taco Seasoning and the can of Rotel tomatoes. Mix well and heat through.
Add the olives and season with salt.
Put the mixture into an oven-safe casserole dish. Top with cheese and bake at 375-F for about 15 minutes or until the casserole is hot and bubbly.
Serve with your favorite toppings.
Notes
The nutritional value for the taco seasoning has not been included in this recipe. Be sure to add the values for 2 tbsp of whatever brand you use.
