Sausage Stuffed Pork Tenderloin

Remove the sausage from the casing

Mix the sausage  and seasonings.

Mix well to combine all the yummy flavors.

Trim the silver skin from the pork tenderloin.

Butterfly the pork tenderloin. Don't cut all the way through!

Put the sausage filling into the center of the pork tenderloin.

Bake until internal temperature is 165-F. Let rest.
