Ingredients: Beef, beef broth, garlic, bacon, onion, turnips, spices.
Dice the bacon, chop the garlic, slice the onion, and peel and cube the turnips.
Season the beef liberally with salt and pepper.

Sear the beef over high heat until browned on both sides.

Cook on high until tender. About 5 hours.
Remove the meat; slice when cool enough to handle.
